Mr. Pascoe brings more than 25 years of management experience to the Company in operations, acquisitions and finance. He has led a number of rapid-growth companies including an enterprise software based ASP company from less than $1 million in annual revenue to nearly $60 million in less than three years. Under his leadership, the company’s customer base increased from 20 customers to more than 1,000 while he managed an expanding employee base from 23 to more than 500, one office to 25 world-wide, culminating in a successful IPO led by Morgan Stanley. In addition, Mr. Pascoe has experience in leading and integrating 11 acquisitions and in raising more than $260 million in private and public investment capital. Mr. Pascoe has earned an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Mr. Tyree began his career in pharmacy distribution at Clinical Care Long Term Care pharmacy as a delivery driver at the age of 17. Mr. Tyree spent the next 17 years being involved in every aspect of pharmaceutical distribution. In 2001, Mr. Tyree exited Life Medical Pharmacy as Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing after a successful merger with LinCare Holding, Inc. He then served a number of independent community pharmacies in Southern California. His more than 17 years experience in pharmacy business management and sales management has provided demonstrated improvement in both revenues and margins to his clients. His direct experience also includes a number of acquisitions as well as sales of independent community pharmacies. Mr.Tyree graduated in 1993 from Eldorado Christian College with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of finance management, mergers & acquisitions, and operations integration experience in public and private companies. His career has concentrated on high-growth firms, including two he joined during the early inception stages and helped manage through to successful IPO’s. Mr. Wolfe brings a demonstrated record of value generation through the use of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, creative debt and equity financing, and internal systems enhancement in rapidly evolving organizations. His management experience includes growing and leading finance & accounting teams of up to 12 professionals, while implementing systems, processes, and controls to handle multiple-entity, and highly diverse company structures. Mr. Wolfe received his BA degree in Business Administration and International Finance, and received his MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
Dr. Balthasar is the founder of both Valencia Pharmacy (1974) and Valencia Town Center Pharmacy (2005). With more than 35 years experience in community pharmacy, Dr. Balthasar has extensive post-graduate training in cancer analgesics, specialty compounding, and intravenous and subcutaneous pain management. Dr. Bathasar has constantly been on the cutting edge of new therapies including bioidentical hormones, home infusion therapy, CPAP and BiPAP, nutritional and homeopathic therapies. In addition to ensuring PPG continues to provide its “customer-first” philosophy of highly personalized service to both patients and physicians at all PPG locations, Dr. Balthasar will also serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) when PPG opens a new pharmacy, personally directing the design, build-out, training and hiring of staff at each location.
In June 2007, Eduardo Rallo, Managing Partner at PCV, was honored as one of "The 100 Most Influential Latinos in the Silicon Valley" by the Mexican American Community Services Agency, Inc. (MACSA). The Agency recognized Hispanic leaders in a number of categories including Business, Government, Arts, and Community Service. In addition to his work at PCV, Eduardo has also co-founded Brainstorm Ventures, World Wrapps Inc. restaurants, and is the founder and chairman of Farmacia Remedios and Resmex Restaurant Group. Mr. Rallo received an MBA from Harvard University in 1993 and his BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1989.
Dr. Breslow is a 1965 graduate of Occidental College and a 1971 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. His 38 year career in pharmacy has included practice in a variety of venues including community pharmacy, long term care, home health care, corporate management, hospital pharmacy and management consulting. He is currently CEO of the Institute for Community Pharmacy (ICP). ICP is a non-profit, public benefit corporation whose mission is to improve health care delivery through effective utilization of community pharmacists and pharmacies. Dr. Breslow has served the USC School of Pharmacy as a Director of both the Alumni Association and QSAD Centurions and as President of both organizations. He is a current member of the Board of Councilors and is a USC Associate. In 2001 he was honored by the USC School of Pharmacy as the year’s outstanding alumnus and in 2006 he received the California Pharmacists Association highest award as the pharmacist of the year.
Mr. Driscoll has more than 20 years experience as a senior executive. He has been involved in over 20 acquisitions in his career, covering all aspects of investment transactions from due diligence, structuring, negotiating, and exits. He has overseen the integration of acquisitions as well as the sale of business divisions. Previously, Mr. Driscoll served as President and Chief Operating Officer of SunScript Pharmacy and COO of Heritage Healthcare, two major health care companies located in New Mexico. He also served as Senior Regional Vice President of Omnicare, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. This experience gave Mr. Driscoll direct P&L an operational experience for organization sizes from $5 million to over $750 million in revenue, with up to 45 operations in as many as 23 states. Prior to his operations experience, Mr. Driscoll was Chief Financial Officer with a division of Diagnostek, Inc. a publicly traded health care company in New Mexico. Mr. Driscoll was also a manager with KPMG. His industry expertise while in public accounting included financial institutions, health care, public companies and governmental entities. Mr. Driscoll is a graduate of University of New Mexico with a dual concentration in finance and accounting. He is a licensed CPA.
